Sunday

Packing for Glastonbury.

Koala's not coming along, but was observing. I'm now away until a week on Monday. Glastooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.

Wednesday

Carve up.

I knew my concentration on revising for English Literature wouldn't last long. Impatience for ice cream, accidentally juxtaposed with Peak Cavern where we were on Saturday. It's a rather nice combination, don't you think?

Sunday

Hope, Castleton, anything but revision.

There's a small chance this might be my last post for a couple of weeks, what with A level exams and Glastonbury. But then there'll be all the time in the world, to film films and take photos and do anything and go anywhere.

Today we caught trains to Hope, and Castleton, from Nottingham and Manchester, meeting in the middle (ish). We went up the Devil's Arse and saw Byron's signature, I had my first legal drink in Ye Olde Nag's Head (my birthday, yet another revision distraction) and climbed a steep hill to a stony castle. There were jackdaws everywhere, they roost in the caves.

Certainly a better way to pass a day than writing out criticisms of deep ecology on post it notes.

Monday

Field and forest.

Campfires and climbing trees at dusk. What could really be better?

Wednesday

Nothing, really.

I'm off to help at guide camp. In the mean time, I've uploaded a few of the videos I've previously blogged to Vimeo, so you can see them in much better quality. Links at the side.

Au Revoir.
